Background
My ideas on the creation and formation of harmonically resonant communities are based on more than two decades of observation, collaboration, and direct involvement with self-development leaders, nondual teachers, and their growing communities. Much of the information in the above video is addressed specifically to people in the field of nondual teaching with a central value I referred to as “Awakened Awareness,” but the ideas can be and have been applied more broadly.
Here’s the next iteration of my thinking on this that is more nuanced and broadly applicable and artistically represented: Cultivating a Field of Emergence.

Description: For teachers, healers, therapists, and entrepreneurs — this presentation offers a unique overview of how community grows around a core value of awakened awareness. Every retreat, gathering, or one-on-one meeting happens within a larger context of communication and community, which develops and deepens through a seven-step cycle. By bringing awareness and care to each stage of the cycle, your teaching or service can be more clearly conveyed, more deeply received, attract the right people, and have a longer-lasting impact. Understanding the dynamic interplay of consciousness and the channels through which it flows will help you see your strong and weak points in the cycle, how to apply your strengths to support your weaknesses, and hopefully inspire you to create a more solid foundation for your truth-inspired work. This cyclic model came to light when Maja set out to document and share with others the underlying principles that make Adyashanti’s silent meditation retreats the most powerful channel for his teachings.
