Why I Love Sonya
I remember the day I met Sonya — back in 2001 or 2002. She walked into Adyashanti’s office and offered her time as a volunteer. I somehow knew immediately she was an ace — smart, reliable, trustworthy, capable — and I invited her to step into a position of responsibility right away. Little did I know what a dear and long-term friend she would become, or how deep her intuition and awakening flowed.
After 5 years of stewarding Adyashanti’s programs to their next level of development, Sonya’s calling as a teacher and healer blossomed into her primary focus. Thank goodness for that! Aside from being one of my dearest personal friends, she is my go-to person when it comes to particularly complex circumstances that ask for the support of someone who has a full-spectrum view from the intricate personal to the transcendent universal.
