Why I Love Kristin
I met Kristin when when she attended a few retreats with Adyashanti way back when. I remember really enjoying her presence, though I didn’t get to know her well at the time. Years later we reconnected through the Science and Nonduality conferences and I got to experience and witness her luminous spirit in her/its continual deepening and flowering. Now I know her as a dear friend of the heart, and a gifted energy healer and spiritual guide in her work with others. I love connecting with her in playfulness and presence at the same time — with our shared reverence for the mystery of life as the continual, mutual undercurrent.
One particular gratitude I have for Kristin is how she generously drew me out during our dialogue in The Reality of Self Love series in which she was a guest teacher. I appreciated her support for me to articulate my own understanding and experience of self-love. She truly wanted to understand my perspective and in so doing helped me along my path. That was a teaching in itself — we each/all have wisdom within us guiding us along, and when we create spaces for each other to draw it out, it becomes more clear and expressed, and thus becomes a gift for ourselves and others.
