Birthday Presence is an idea cooked up by Nick Shore, former MTV executive turned liminal intersubjective space-holder.

It’s a mashup of Birthday Party, Collective Presencing, and Creative Presencing with Divine Dice.

Nick is my collaborator in the project of Creative Presencing. Inspired by his idea and with his help, I’ve developed a new Divine Dice list to call forth a celebratory vibe.

Hey, it’s my birthday on January 13th! And you’re invited to a little Birthday Collective Presencing (on Zoom).

• Take a dialogical bop around intersubjective space

Birthday Presence Details

Excited to see those of you that can make it on Thursday. Here’s a few pointers on how we will roll:

• There will be music playing when you enter the Zoom, so please watch out that it doesn’t hurt your ears if you join with yer pods on full volume!

• Please keep your mics on mute when you first arrive.

• We’ll start with a few minutes of shared silence and check-ins in the chat.

• Then, for those less familiar, Ria will say a little about how Collective Presencing dialogue works.

• Then Maja will roll some divinatory dice to generate The Question that we will dialogue around. Then we’ll dialogue for about 30 minutes.

Sharing is totally optional . . . No one needs to speak if they don’t want to.

We’ll leave the room open for 20 minutes after if anyone wants to stay and chat.
