The Sacred Archetype Oracle offers archetype-inspired insight on what your soul is up to in a given situation.
This oracle is based on 20 archetypes. For each archetype there is a descriptor and an action. For example:
- Courageous Warrior Taking a Stand
- Benevolent Monarch Leading
- Trusted Wisdom-Keeper Illuminating
The oracle will give you a unique combination of words including a descriptor, an archetype, and an action.
You can think of the Sacred Archetype as a role you play on a soul level. In the Inner Wisdom Portrait process, it is the role that Soul Essence expresses itself through.
The Sacred Archetype is based on the 20-sided Divine Dice oracle. As such there are 8000 possible answers!
The Sacred Archetype Oracle is good for questions like:
- What is my Sacred Archetype (“Soul Role”, divine purpose, life ministry) through which my Soul Essence is channeled into the world?
- What role am I playing or called to play in [situation, relationship, project]?
- What is the role of [another person] in [situation, relationship project]?
- (with others) What role (or potential role) does our group/collective play in the larger context?
Get clear on your question, then continue.
Take a gentle breath or two or more. Close your eyes if that helps you focus.
Hold your question in your mind and heart. Feel the sincerity of your inquiry. Let the question ripen like fruit on a branch. When it feels ready to fall from the tree, proceed.

- Inner Compass is how that Sacred Archetype brings the Soul Essence into form. Suggested questions to bring to this portal include:
  - How do I fulfill my Sacred Function?
  - What is my Inner Compass guiding statement?
  - How shall I proceed in … [aspiration, endeavor, situation]?
  - (with others) What shall we focus on doing collectively?
