You might recognize this music from my “How to Grow a Mandala” video or from many years of Adyashanti's online broadcasts. In the Light Waves instrumental, I’m playing one of my Rasa Harps and a tamboura, accompanied by mother Nature on the ocean waves. Rasa Harps are amazing because even people who think they have no musical ability whatsoever are making beautiful sounds within minutes. Truly. Contact me for info. (By the way, the album cover from 2010 shows a name I used to go by, Prema Akasha, but now I’m now happily back to my birth name.)
